Nishita took such amazing care of us right from the pre-arrival stage till our departure. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled, and she made sure our experience was seamless and memorable throughout. Truly appreciate her warmth and dedication. Ekaaya is built on a 100 acre land .. we were there in monsoon so it was lush green They have around 100 rooms(villas) they call them . We had teh lake view villa which was stunning The minute you take a turn from ek lingji temple you feel the air change .. the beauty begins to unfold and when you arrive the welcome you get is just as warm as teh surrounding Food exceptional Stay even better Cleanliness was amazing Our mood was always happy and joyful Loved the place so much that we are all set to go there again And yeeee the price is really cool Don’t wait just gooooooooo

Our stay in ITC Ekaaya was a non- stop amazing experience, from the welcome on arrival and attention and care throughout the stay. Chiten and Sartaj in particular looked after us like kings and queens throughout our stay. The food was amazing and varied. All the staff from the reception, dining room to the buggy drivers and everyone in between were wonderful with a friendly can-do attitude. Our suite of rooms were spacious, luxurious and beautiful and the pool and outside spaces also. Thank you very much to all those who made our stay so wonderful!

My experience at Momentos was exemplary.It was something which was beyond my imagination.Firstly the place in itself is truly mesmerizing.We had a family get together there .We took some really nice pictures out there.The food and service was remarkable.Everybody right from the gatekeeper to the manager welcomed us with folded hands and once we reached the restaurant we were warmly greeted by Mr.Vikram and Mr Vikrant.We were overwhelmed by the behaviour of the staff everybody was so nice and welcoming. My kids were pampered a lot that's something very special.I can feel the real essence of true guest service.I also would like to go back there in the near future. Thankyou everyone for your hospitality.

My stay at Mementos Udaipur was far more than just luxury — it was pure hospitality from the heart. From the very beginning, I wasn’t just treated as a guest, but truly cared for like family. The warmth, attention, and kindness I received are things no money can ever buy. A special thanks to Mr. Upendra Singh Tomar, General Manager, for his personal involvement and gracious leadership. The butler, Mr. Aadam Ali, made my stay seamless with his thoughtful and anticipatory service. Mr. Vikram Singh Rao, Restaurant Manager, ensured every meal felt like a celebration, while Mr. Parakshit and Mr. Sumit (Security Head) added layers of comfort and assurance with their genuine hospitality. Every single member of the team worked together to create an experience that goes far beyond five stars. The true luxury here is not just the property, but the way people make you feel. I left with memories full of warmth, gratitude, and respect for the entire team at Mementos.
